For every project, we follow a phased approach, based on ITIL best practices, and tailored to the specific needs of each customer. We leverage the appropriate people, processes, technologies, and innovations to accelerate delivery of successful outcomes for each project.
During the Strategy Phase, we collaborate with stakeholders to assess customer needs, then apply subject matter expertise to determine the optimal service delivery strategy. We then use that strategy to inform the Design Phase, during which we further analyze requirements and design the activities we will perform, such as supporting IT governance process development and management, capital planning an investment control support, risk management, or program management office support. The Transition Phase focuses on process implementation and documentation. Depending on the scope of the project, we maintain effort through the Operations Phase or transition out of the project and perform project close out. Throughout the project lifecycle, we emphasize Continual Service Improvement to align and realign IT services to business needs.
